The production line capacity reaches 20 JPH (frames), with a
maximum loading capacity of 180 kg per frame. It balances efficient
processing and single large-volume transportation needs, meeting
the requirements of large-scale production.

multi-variety production or large-scale continuous production) and

The production line adopts a modular design, allowing quick
configuration adjustment through flexible combination. It supports
switching among 8-tank, 10-tank, and 12-tank multi-process modes.
There is no need for frequent equipment replacement to meet the
cleaning needs of complex components and different types of
workpieces. It perfectly matches small-batch multi-variety and
rapid iteration production scenarios, significantly enhancing the

5. Full-Process Automation and Precise Control
The entire process is automatically executed, from AGV feeding →
flipping feeding → robot grabbing to each cleaning tank (for fine
operations such as degreasing, water washing, passivation, etc.) →
drying/cooling (efficient processing by spin-drying motor + heating
component + fan) → robot unloading. Each step's parameters are
precisely optimized to ensure stable and reliable cleaning results.

monitoring and analysis, the efficiency is continuously optimized,
